CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and entered into by and

between:

VITALIANO P. CLAVERIA of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of Poblacion, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, duly known as
the “LESSOR”
And

COLORADO MONTILLA, HELEN BATINGAL, CHIERLY LLAGAS,

YSMAEL HERADORA, ARMANDO BURDIOS, RAMEL BURDIOS, NORMAN
BURDIOS and JOVENCIO SAGA, JR., all of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents of Poblacion, Lianga, Surigao del Sur,
hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”

-WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of parcels of land

situated at Tiguis, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, containing an
area of 24,528 and 28,968 sq. meters, respectively ;

WHEREAS, the LESSEE are desirous of leasing from the

LESSOR, a portion of the above-described land space ;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, LESSOR does hereby let, lease and demise unto
LESSEE the above-described property for the amount of P150.00
monthly rental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto

set their hands this 27th day of April 2018 at San Francisco,
Agusan del Sur.
