Dear Ma’am:

This pertains to your letter dated December 13, 2021, acting

on the complaint of Spouses Edison and Alma Basas.

Please be informed that I have confirmed the presence of the

said complainant before the Office of the Barangay sometime
on July 2021.

Contrary to her allegation that her complaint was not acted

upon, I hereby state the following requirements for purposes
of making it official:

1. The area being part of the barangay site, 1 they must present a certificate of
survey claim from the CENRO.
2. Being so, the claimant must present proof of conveyance from the official
resolution of the barangay not only with the barangay captain.
3. It appears that the concerned complainants are non-residence of the area and
that the subject occupants are inhabitants of the said place for more than 30
years.

Along with these, complainants are advise to submit these

documents for verification purposes unfortunately, they have
not submitted these documents to this date but instead, give
a copy to the DILG Regional Director with apparent purpose
to confuse the issue.

Be that as it may, I am attaching herewith the Barangay

Blotter No. 106 to dispel the accusation that their
complaint was ignored.
