SIGNAGE INSTALLATION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

PJ LHUILLIER, INCORPORATED, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the
laws of the Philippines, with office address at 1782 N. Garcia cor. Candelaria Sts., Brgy. Valenzuela,
Makati City 1208, represented by its Assistant Vice President and Domestic $ales Division Head,
ANGELES P. SAJORDA, hereinafter referred to as "PJL|';

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, AUTHORIZED AGENT is hereby appointed by PJLI to act as its agent to offer to the
general public various services under the Cebuana Lhuillier brand which include, among others,
remittance, microinsurance, e-load, bills payment, top-up and encashment through the Cebuina Lhuillier
Pera Padala Remittance System ("CIPPRS').

WHEREAS, PJLI shall install a permanent signage at the AUTHORIZED AGENT's registered
business address and AUTHORIZED AGENT agrees to the installation of the same;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties have agreed as follows:

1) AUTHORIZED AGENT shall allow PJLI to install the permanent signage in clear view
of the public (without obstructions) at its registered business address;

2) AUTHORIZED AGENT commits not to remove the installed signage for as long as the
partnership with PJLI is in effect;

3) ln the event that the permanent signage is removed without the prior approval of PJLI,
AUTHORIZED AGENT shall refund PJLI the total cost of the signage including the
installation cost.

4l AUTHORIZED AGENT shall not be held liable for loss or damage of the signage
caused by force majeure or fortuitous event which are beyond the control of the
AUTHORIZED AGENT, such as, but not limited to, typhoons, storms, fire, earthquakes,
floods, riots, strike, civil interdiction or war.

5.) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Philippines.
