CONTRACT OF AGENCY (SPECIFIC)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF AGENCY is made and entered into by and between:

BRILLIANT FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS duly organized under the laws

of the Philippines, and with office address at Valle Street, Mejia Subdivision,
Ormoc City, duly represented by its Proprietor, SHARAH DEL T. TUDE, herein
referred to as the “PRINCIPAL”;

-AND-

JEREMIAH ANTHONY REYNALDO of legal age, Filipino, and with

address at A. Bonifacio Street, Ormoc City, herein referred to as the “AGENT”

-WITNESSTH-

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is engaged in providing Financial,

Accounting and Auditing Services in the Philippines;

WHEREAS, the AGENT expressed his/her willingness to act as (Affiliate,

Agent, Broker, Consultant, Manager, Officer, Vice President, etc.) of the
PRINCIPAL for a fee and the latter accepts the offer.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Fifty Thousand,

Philippine Currency, payable after the transaction set forth to be undertaken in this
contract will be consummated, the PRINCIPAL engages the AGENT as
his/her/its Agent for the period of April 1 to December 31, 2021, or until the
authority is earlier revoked, giving unto him/her the authority to do the following
acts:

1. To represent us for and in our behalf in executing, contracting,

and/or entering into a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE and/or any other
agreement, contract, or document, in relation thereto for the purchase of a
parcel of a land, including any and all improvements existing thereon,
situated at Estrella Norte, Pintuyan, Southern Leyte, covered by
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 27359 of the Registry of the
Deeds for the province of Southern Leyte, in the amount of ONE
MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php
1,500,000.00) and which property is specifically described as follows:

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

“A Certain parcel of land under OCT No. 27359 in the name of Hrs.
of GENARO ABEJARON located at Estrella Norte, Pintuyan, Southern
Leyte, having an area of 12,838 sq.m., under lot no. 59, case 1, Cad. 787.D.
with Free Patent No. (VIII-15) 02793.”;

 2. To represent, execute, pay any and all unpaid or accrued taxes and
fees, including documentary stamp taxes, sign any and all document(s) and
paper(s) for and in our behalf from the concerned government agencies or
offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in order to
accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;
 
3. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary
or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which
this authority is hereby given.

The AGENT warrants that he/she will practice the highest ethical standard
of the profession with utmost discipline, transparency, and respect to the rules,
regulations, and policies of the PRINCIPAL.

The AGENT is an independent contractor of the PRINCIPAL and it is

understood by both parties that there exist no employer-employee relationship and
that this contract does not authorize the AGENT to perform, create, or assume
obligation of any kind for and in behalf of the PRINCIPAL other than what is
stipulated in this Contract of Agency.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PRINCIPAL and the AGENT have

hereunto set their hands this March 30, 2021 in Ormoc City.

BEFORE ME, appeared the above stated parties showing their

identification documents and known to me as the parties who executed this
CONTRACT OF AGENCY and they acknowledged to me as their free and
voluntary act and deed.
