GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

and appoint my sister XXX, married, of legal age, and a resident of Prk. XXX, to be my lawful
Attorney-in-fact and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the following
specific acts:

1. To administer, manage and exercise supervision over my properties in the

Philippines;

2. To manage my properties as she sees fit and to render expenses for the
maintenance and upkeep of all the properties;

3. To make, sign, seal and execute documents which are in line to the upkeeping and
administration of the properties;

4. To sue, defend and carry out or legal proceedings in respect of my properties or

any part thereof or in respect of anything in which I or any of my properties may be in any way
concerned;

5. Generally, to act in relation to any of my properties and in relation to this deed as

fully and effectually in all respects as I myself could do.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact power and authority to do
all and every act necessary to carry in effect the foregoing authority and transaction, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact may also do or cause to be done under
and by virtue of these presents.
