SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

I, PEDRO L. ATA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Caraga Region, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents
do hereby name, constitute and appoint SEBILITA C. ATA, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, with full power and authority, for and in my name,
place and stead, to:

1. file and initiate an action for labor and money

claims against Principalia Management and Personnel
Consultants, as well as all other actions, complaints, petitions and
proceedings that may be necessary to be filed and initiated in
connection therewith, including any appeal, petition for certiorari
or any other appellate remedies with the Court of Appeals or
Supreme Court;

2. attend all proceedings, hearings, pre-trial or

mediation conference and other such incidents pertaining to said
case, and particularly, to represent me during such proceedings,
hearings, conferences and other incidents thereof, with full power
to do and perform any act or deed which I could lawfully do or
perform, including compromise settlement, stipulations or
admissions of fact, and such other matters as are provided for in
the pertinent provisions of the Revised Rules of Court of the
Philippines;

3. sign, verify, and execute any and all pleadings or

documents filed by or on behalf of myself, including any
verification and certificate against forum shopping.

I hereby ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever
my attorney-in-fact or his substitute or substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under or by virtue of this Power of Attorney.
