SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I , JENALYN SORIANO THOMPSON , of legal age, Filipino, a resident of SAN ISIDRO STA.RITA
PAMPANGA, Philippines, do by this presents hereby name, constitute and appoint JERSON
SORIANO DANGANAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, a resident of SAN ISIDRO
STA.RITA PAMPANGA to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act for and in my name and
stead and to perform the following acts in connection with the LEASE of my real property
situated at BARANGAY CARMEN-VALDEZ, MUNICIPALITY OF FLORIDABLANCA PAMPANGA.
1. To execute and deliver on my behalf agreement and /or contract necessary for the
leasing the whole or any part of the said property;
2. To lease the said property on such terms and condition as stated in an executed
agreement /contract of lease;
3. To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document’s or instrument necessary in carrying
out into effect the power and authority herein granted;
4. To act on my behalf in the matter of processing document’s and signing related to the
lease of my property,
5. To cancel, terminate or rescind the agreement/ contract of lease on the ground of
LESSEE’s or its representative’s violation of any provision in the agreement/ contract of
lease as stated therein;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
