GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, _________________________________, widow, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and a

resident of Soro-soro Ibaba, Batangas City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
_________________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Sorosoro Karsadar, Batangas
City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact and in my name, place and stead, to and do and perform the
following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To EXERCISE general control and supervision over all of my personal and real property situated
herein in the Philippines and to ACT as my general agent and/or authorized representative;

2. To ASK, DEMAND, SUE FOR, RECOVER and RECEIVE, all sums of money debts, dues,
goods, wares, merchandises, chattels, effects, and things of whatever nature, or description which
now or hereafter shall be or become due, owing, payable or belonging to me in or by any right,
title, ways, or means howsoever, and upon receipts, releases, or other discharges for the same
respectively as she think fit or be advised;

3. To MAKE, SIGN, SEAL, EXECUTE, and DELIVER contracts, documents, agreements and
other writings or whatever nature or kind with any and all third persons, concerns, or entities upon
terms and conditions acceptable to my said Attorney, and to PERFORM other acts necessary or
proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority;

4. To COMPOUND with or make allowances to any person for ad in respect to any debt or demand
whatsoever which is now or shall at any time hereafter become due and payable to me, and to
TAKE and RECEIVE any composition or dividends thereof or thereupon and to GIVE releases
or other discharges for the whole such debts or demands or to SETTLE, COMPROMISE or
SUBMIT to arbitration every such debts or demand and every other right, matter and thing due
to all concerning me as my Attorney may deem advisable in the premises;

5. To SELL, MORTGAGE, ASSIGN, BUY or otherwise ACQUIRE, to HIRE and LEASE, and
of any and all my properties, real, personal, or mixed, of any kind whatsoever and wheresoever
situated, or any interest therein, upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants as my
said attorney shall deem fir and proper, and to EXECUTE in my name any and all papers relating
thereto and to SIGN, EXECUTE, ACKNOWLEDGE, and DELIVER and all agreements or
other writings therefore, or in any way connected therewith or with my business or property;

6. To DEPOSIT and WITHDRAW money the same by check, receipt, draft, or otherwise in any
bank in my name; to SIGN, ENDORSE, DRAW, ACCEPT, MAKE, EXECUTE, DELIVER,
and PAY checks, draft, bills of exchange, promissory notes, letters of credit, guarantees, and all
other writings, contracts, and agreements;

7. To REPRESENT me in the filing of appropriate Administrative, Civil and Criminal Cases against
any person/s, before the proper offices and courts;

8. To REPRESENT me in all stages of the proceedings on such dates as the concerned

offices/courts may set, with full power and authority to do and perform the following acts an
things provided in Rules of Court, to wit: discuss possibility of an amicable settlement; negotiable,
enter into conclude, execute, sign, and deliver compromise agreement as she may deem just and
equitable; submit the case to arbitration, simplify the issues, amend and or agree to amendment of
pleadings; obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof
limit the number of witnesses; and agree on such matters and do such things as may aid in the
prompt disposition of the action;

9. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever in or about my said property
and affairs, or to CONCUR with persons jointly interested with myself thereon doing all acts,
deeds, matters, and things herein, either particularly or generally described, as fully and effectually
to all intents and purposes as I could do in my own proper person if personally present.
 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact or her substitute full power
and authority to do and perform every lawful act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be
done in the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we ought or could lawfully do if personally present,
and hereby ratifying and conforming all my said Attorney-in-Fact shall do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
