Street, Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines, for and in consideration of the amount of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND (Php 200, 000. 00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
from DANTE AGUSTIN DEL ROSARIO (BUYER), of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 3105 St.
Jude St., San Jose, Angeles City, Philppines do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY
unto and in favor of Dante A. del Rosario, his heirs, successors and assigns, a 2010 Toyota Vios
particularly described as follows:

I hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is free from any lien and encumbrance and that I will
defend the title rights of the BUYER from any claim of whatever kind from third persons.
