We, GREGORIO P. AUSTRIA and DIOSA V. AUSTRIA, of legal

age, Filipinos and with residence and post-office address at Brgy. Luyahan,
Lian, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to, in accordance with law,
hereby depose and states;

That we are the parents of JULIUS V. AUSTRIA;

That the late JULIUS V. AUSTRIA and the late JENNIFER E.

REALENGO had no children during the existence of their marriage and
even after their annulment;

That we are executing this Affidavit for whatever legal intent and
purposes this Affidavit will serve.
