AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, ROWENA ETING TRONGCOSO and MARICEL DUMAGAN PEJE,
both of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Cortes, Surigao del Sur, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, depose, and state:

1. That we personally know ROGER ESTRELLA GONTENIAS

(Roger), who was born on November 26, 1977 at Kinayan,
Barobo, Surigao del Sur, to the spouses Rogelio Gontenias and
Linda Estrella; he had been our neighbor and our close friend
for a long time;

2. That in his Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Office of the

Local Civil Registrar of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, his surname
was erroneously entered therein as MONTINIAS, instead of
GONTENIAS, which is his true and correct surname as
indicated in his Marriage Certificate issued by the Office of the
Local Civil Registrar of Cortes, Surigao del Sur, and in Voter
Certification issued by the COMELEC;

3. That we hereby attest that the names ROGER ESTRELLA

GONTENIAS as indicated in his Marriage Certificate and Voter
Certification; and ROGER ESTRELLA MONTINIAS as
indicated in the Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Office of
Local Civil Registrar of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, refer to one
and the same person;

4. That we are not in any way related to ROGER ESTRELLA

GONTENIAS within the fourth civil degree either by
consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest
in this matter whatsoever;

5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest the veracity of the

foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve
best under the circumstance.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 15 th day of
