That I, JOHN PATRICK Z. AZCUNA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident
of Poblacion lakewood, Zamboanga del Sur, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT DHL EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) CORPORATION, with office address at 2306
Chino Roces Avenue, Makati, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for
me and in my behalf, name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To file, release and deliver of my papers/documents particularly Transcript of

Records (TOR) and Diploma for UAE Attestation/Stamping from the Embassy of
United Arab Emirates (UAE)

2. To SIGN, EXECUTE and ACKNOWLEDGE all pertaining papers and documents in

relation thereto;

3. To perform such acts as maybe necessary and required in the execution and
accomplishment of the powers given to him.
