SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JENNIE MATUGAS BAROT, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident
of Poblacion, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, HEREBY NAME, APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE Atty. Alan B. Tolorio and Al James D. Tolorio , both of legal age, Filipino
citizens, and a resident of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-
IN-FACT, for me in my name, place, and stead to do and perform the following acts and
things, as follows:

To process, execute, and transact AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS of TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

OF TITLE NO. T-14,995.

To sign, enter, make, deliver, and receive contracts, documents, agreements and
other instruments of whatever nature and kind when required or necessary for the
attainment of the above-mentioned purpose;

To follow-up, facilitate, gather and receive documents necessary for the above
purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney in fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and things whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or be done by virtue of these presents.
