SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MAGDALENA KITONGAN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at No. 239 Lower Pinget, Baguio City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT BENJAMIN MOGA as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following acts; 1. To process and follow-up the titling of a certain parcel of land located at Pinget, Baguio City with the agency of the government concern with the titling of land; 2. To receive/claim the title after it will be processed/finished; 3. To SIGN and EXECUTE all necessary documents relative to the foregoing authorization and likewise to perform such other acts or things relative to the same. HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in fact full power and authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by virtue of these presents.
