I, MARYCAR R. GALAPATE, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with

residence address at No. 38 First Road, Quezon Hill, Baguio City, by these presents,
hereby name, appoint and constitute, EDITHA R. DATUIN, likewise of legal age, married,
Filipino citizen and a resident of Ambiong Road, Aurora Hill, Baguio City as my attorney-
in-fact, in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and deeds:

1. To sign for and in my behalf, my Tax Refund with Agency No. 40-0414-4 and 40-
0404-4 from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act necessary or requisite to carry into effect the
foregoing authority to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.
