hereby name, constitute, and appoint Felixberto L. Ibaan, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things to wit:
1. To pay the Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, register and
transact to the Office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Calasiao
Pangasinan pertaining to the transfer of ownership through Deed of
Absolute Sale of the parcel of land situated at Nalsian, Bayambang,
Pangasinan in favor of the vendee, Lourdes B. Aganon;

2. To transact to the LRA/ Register of Deeds and Assesors Office of
Lingayen, Pangasinan and to pay the necessary Sales Tax;


3. To sign any and all papers or documents necessary/requisite for the
accomplishment of this purpose.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority to perform all acts and things necessary to carry out the
above purpose and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-
in-Fact shall lawfully do under the premises.
