do hereby Name, constitute and appoint my wife FE CAGAMPANG BAYRON,

Canayaon Garcia Hernandez, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for my name, place and stead, to do the following acts things, to

To transact, check balance, withdraw and deposite of the US DOLLAR

SAVINGS PASSBOOK from my Account No. 4894-0471-49 maintained with
LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES.

To submit and sign papers, and other writings by the bank, requisite and
necessary relative to and in pursuance of the foregoing authority.

I HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as We might
or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and
