SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOHN ALLEN V. MARILLA, of legal age, Filipino, with principal residence at UNIT 1B HOUSE 140,
ANTIQUE ST. BRGY ALICIA, BAGO BANTAY, QUEZON CITY,PHILIPPINES, do hereby appoint,
name and constitute, MR. AARRON P. TURLA , likewise of legal age, single, with residence at UNIT 1B
HOUSE 140, ANTIQUE ST. BRGY ALICIA, BAGO BANTAY, QUEZON CITY,PHILIPPINES, who is
my agent/business partner, and is not a lawyer, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name,
place and stead, and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:
 to accept/pick-up the following from AMA COMPUTER COLLEGE INC.
 Last-pay Cheque
 Certificate of Employment
 BIR FORM 2316 for the TY 2019
 to sign on my behalf quit claim forms or similar documents whatsoever with AMA COMPUTER
COLLEGE INC.
 to encash my check from AMA COMPUTER COLLEGE INC drawn against any Philippine local
bank on my behalf because I cannot personally come to the bank due to conflict of schedule of banking
hours and my office/business hours.
 to deposit the check and monies to our joint checking account with BDO Unibank Inc. (BDO)– SM
GRASS RESIDENCES, QUEZON CITY BRANCH and to sign and acknowledge receipt thereof.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my agent/representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act or thing lawfully done hereunder and within powers herein stated necessary to render effective
the special power granted in this instrument, as though I myself has so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING
and RATIFYING ALL that he may do by virtue thereof.
This special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the object or purpose above-stated unless
revoked.
