SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BLAS C. BRITANIA, of legal age, widower, Filipino, and presently residing at 1436
Marissa Street, Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City, do hereby makes, designates, and appoints my
daughter WINNIE DE CASTRO BRITANIA, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with postal
address at 1436 Marissa Street, Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact to do for me and my place and instead, to perform the following acts and deeds,
to wit:

1. To process in my behalf the closure of my business BIR Tax Account under the
name and style of 6092 Jeepney and Asian Utility Vehicle (AUV) Operation with
the office of Bureau of Internal Revenue of Valenzuela City (RDO 24);

2. To pay necessary fees and sign any pertinent documents in connection with the
closure of the above-described business;

3. To deliver and execute whatever instrument and documents that may be required
and all things necessary and proper to be done for the accomplishments of the
power vested upon my said attorney-in-fact.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to

do and perform every act and deed whatsoever is required and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution; I hereby affirming and confirming my
said attorney-in-fact may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
