IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MA. VICTORIA LIPURA BONGASICO of legal age, single/married,

Filipino and residing at PHASE 1 BLOCK 10 LOT 26, CAMELLA HOMES, LAWAAN 1,
TALISAY CITY, CEBU, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint SALVADOR
CORDILLA LIPURA, of legal age, single/married with residence and postal
address at PHASE 1 BLOCK 10 LOT 26, CAMELLA HOMES, LAWAAN 1, TALISAY
CITY, CEBU, whose signature appears below, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit to do
the following acts and deeds:

1. To buy, acquire and negotiate for the purchase for such price, on cash basis or
installment, and under such terms and conditions as said Attorney-in-Fact may
deem proper, motor vehicle(s) or any personal property;

2. To apply for, negotiate, and obtain an Auto Financing Loan (“Loan”) from East West
Banking Corporation (“Bank”) in the principal amount not exceeding
_________________________________________ Pesos (Php_______________) (“Loan”) at
such rates of interest and upon such other terms and conditions as my Attorney-In-
Fact may agree with the Bank;

3. To transfer, assign, and convey by way of FIRST MORTGAGE unto the Bank, its
successors and assigns the motor vehicle(s) real or personal property which I now
own or may own in the future, such property being free from any lien or
encumbrance, as security for the prompt payment of the Loan to be extended to me,
or any other obligations due the Bank and the proper performance of all covenants
and agreements in connection therewith;

4. To endorse, deposit, en cash or negotiate checks or money orders payable to me, in

connection with the purchase of the motor vehicle(s) or any personal property
through the facilities of the Bank.

5. To demand, withdraw, collect and receive all sum of money which are due or may
be due to me;

6. To execute and deliver any deed of sale, loan agreement, contract of mortgage, or
any other instrument or document of whatever kind, including promissory notes, as
may be necessary or proper in connection with the sale or loan extended to me or
with its amendment, renewal or extension, all upon such other terms, and
conditions as said Attorney-in-Fact may, in his discretion, deem to be in my best
interest.
7. To voluntarily surrender, upon the occurrence of an event of default as described
under the documents evidencing the Loan, to the BANK the motor vehicle so
purchased using the proceeds of the Loan and conveyed via FIRST MORTGAGE in
favor of the Bank, and to sign, execute and deliver any documents necessary to
effect such voluntary surrender.

8. To appoint the Bank, in connection with said voluntary surrender, as my attorney-

in fact to perform the following:

a. To sell such motor vehicle in my name, place and stead, at a price that the
Bank may consider fair and reasonable; and

b. To sign such deed of sale or other documents necessary to effect the sale
of the subject motor vehicle.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and

authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do personally or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
