I, PAMELA ROSE S. BONILLA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 17729
Woodruff Ave. Apt. 3, Bellflower, California, 90706, respectively, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
and APPOINT, MARIA FRANZ B. BONILLA, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform, all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent and sign any documents relative to the sale of my property under Tax
Declaration No. 0007-01655 and is located in Brgy. Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales;

2. To represent, sign and pay on my behalf taxes in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and file
the necessary documents relative to the registration of my Tax Identification Number and
the receipt of my TIN ID;

3. To do such other act which is necessary to carry out the functions abovestated on my
behalf.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attornies-in-fact full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing act and deed, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with all powers of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or her substitute
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
