SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, PERLITA C. DE VERA and RAFAEL LIM CARAUI, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and
residents of Cauayan City, Isabela, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, RAQUEL CARAUI and
VANGIE B. DUMALE, to be our true and lawful attornies-in-fact, for me and in our name, place and stead, to do
and perform, all of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To authorize RAQUEL CARAUI and VANGIE B. DUMALE, to represent, sign any documents and
pay on our behalf the Estate Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax and such other taxes in
the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), relative to the transfer of a portion of the property in the name of
the Mr. Rafael Caraui;

2. To do such other act which is necessary to carry out the functions abovestated on my behalf.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attornies-in-fact full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing act and deed, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with all powers of substitution and revocation,
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof.
