SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

do hereby name, appoint and constitute my son, NAME, likewise,of legal age, married, Filipino, with
same residence address stated above, to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform all the following acts and things.

1. To sign, execute, and/or deliver/submit contracts, agreements, memorandum, and any

and all documents that maybe necessary or required for leasing out the Property
located at ADDRESS,

I am the owner thereof;

2. To receive, either in cash or in check under the name of NAME, from

tenants or other persons any rentals and any and all payments in connection with and/or
arising from the lease of the Property;

3. To process with any government agency that may require any documents or transactions
pertaining to the leasing out of the property; and

4. To do such any other act or thing that maybe required necessary or incidental to carry
out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact fullpower and authority
to do and perform all and every act, requisite of necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do, if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact or his/her

substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
