SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERSE PRESENTS:

I/ WE ___________, Filipino Citizen/s, of legal age, single/married, with residence and postal
address at ___________________________________ do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
KIKSLAND DEVELOPING CORPORATION and its authorized representative to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact for me/us in my/our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to
wit:

1. To execute, sign, deliver housing loan application and mortgage contract with my/our
application from Security Bank for a loan in amounts that may be approved by the said
financial institution, offering as security for the payment and said loan the property subject in
the said loan under such terms and conditions and under such covenants which my/our said
Attorney-in-fact may deem proper and convenient;
2. To execute, sign and deliver documents that may be required by security bank in connection
with the said loan;
3. To receive the proceeds of the loan which my said Attorney-in-Fact may execute in
connection with the mortgage contract relative thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do
and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient in connection with any of the
foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, if personally present and acting in
person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of theses presents.
