SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARY ROSE T. MANANSALA, of legal age, Filipino citizen and

currently residing at Casimiro, Deparo, Caloocan City has NAMED,
CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED and by these presents do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT SPYRO C. CABASAL, likewise of legal age,
Filipino citizen, a resident of BF Homes, Deparo, Caloocan City, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform, the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To get, claim, release and receive the Bail Bond/Cash

Bond with official receipt number 9191892 from the
Office of the Clerk of Court in the Regional Trial Court
(RTC) of Catarman, Northern Samar in the amount of
One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) in
relation with Criminal Case Nos. 7358, 7359 and 7360
entitled People of the Philippines vs. Spyro Cabasal Y
Cabrera for violation of RA 9262 filed before RTC Branch
20, Catarman, Northern Samar;

2. Authorizing the Regional Trial Court or the Office of the

Clerk of Court or the concerned government officer to
make payments for the release of the bail bond/cash
bond, in the name of my Attorney-in-Fact and that I
authorize my Attorney-in-fact to receive, accept and
acknowledge such payment, in his/her own name and
that I recognize and acknowledge that any payment
made and received in the name of my Attorney-in-fact
shall be considered as receipt by me of such payment
and shall be binding upon me;

3. In case the check payment will not be made in the name

of my attorney in fact, I am authorizing him to encash
the check representing said bail bond/cash bond with
any bank in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Pesos (P150,000.00);

4. To sign, process and facilitate documents pertaining to

the above-mentioned transaction and any other legal
documents that may be require;

5. To perform all other acts necessary to effectuate the

foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite
and necessary in the premises and hereby confirming and ratifying all that my
said attorney in fact shall do or cause to be done for all intents and purposes as
I might or could do if personally present until expressly revoked.
