SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, WONDER WOMAN, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Macanhan,

Cagayan de Oro City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint MOANA, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of Molugan, El Salvador City, to be the true and lawful attorney,
for and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts or things, to
wit:

(a) To request, process, and secure in my behalf the Original/Certified

True Copy of the Certificate of Membership in the Philippine
Bar and the Certification of No Pending Case, both in my name,
from the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC), Supreme Court of the
Philippines, Manila, Philippines;

(b) To also execute, acknowledge, and sign all such receipts, transaction
documents, and other pertinent requirements for the subsequent and
related acts as may be necessary for legal purposes anent and related
to the aforementioned purpose, and

(c) To discharge and perform all and every act and thing which may be
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever required and necessary to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all and legal intents and purposes, as I
might or could lawfully do as if personally present. Hereby ratifying and confirming all
that the said Attorney-in-Fact could lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
