SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GUY MONTAG, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of, B7L7 St. Augustine
Valley Homes, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
MILDRED MONTAG, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Bulua, Cagayan de Oro
City, to be the true and lawful attorney, for and in my name, place, and stead, to do
and perform the following acts or things, to wit:

(a) To act on and in my behalf the PROCESSING OF THE CLOSURE OF

BUSINESS/CEASURE OF OPERATIONS of my internet shop
business under the trade name, FAHRENHEIT 451, with business
address at B7L7 St. Augustine Valley Homes, Cagayan de Oro City;

(b) To appear, request, respond to, and process before the City Hall
Office, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other anent
agencies and offices of the Government, accordingly pertinent to
the said purpose;

(c) To also execute, acknowledge, and sign all such receipts, transaction
documents, and other requirements for the subsequent and related
acts as may be necessary for legal purposes anent and related to the
aforementioned purpose, and

(d) To discharge and perform all and every act and thing which may be
necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever required and necessary to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all and legal intents and purposes, as I
might or could lawfully do as if personally present. Hereby ratifying and confirming all
that the said Attorney-in-Fact could lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
