AFFIDAVIT OF NO RECORDS

WE, EMILIANO DE GUZMAN and TERESITA DE GUZMAN, both of legal

age, spouses, Filipinos and presently residing at Market Site, San Jose, Balanga
City, Bataan under oath depose and say that:

1. We are the registered owners of a parcel of land located Buenavista,

Bagong Silang, Balanga City, Bataan covered by TCT No. T-208125;

2. While the title was duly transferred to our names, the tax
declaration remains in the names of the previous owners;

3. When we went to the City Assessor’s Office to transfer the tax

declaration in our names, we were required to submit documents and one of those
is the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) issued by the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR). Unfortunately, we hold no record of the same;

4. We tried to ask for a Certified Copy of the CAR from BIR but they
failed to give us the said document and instead issued us a Certification stating that
Capital Gains Tax and all attachment for taxable year 2000 are no longer available
on their files as they were already disposed the same on February 7, 2018;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and to submit the same to the City Assessor’s Office of Balanga, Bataan and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve; and

FURTHER, I sayeth none.
