I, ELIZABETH AURESTILA JUATON, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Baclayon, Bohol, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT FILOMENO III BANUNO
ALUNAN, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, to be our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places and stead, to do the following specific acts:

1. To process, transact, represent in my behalf and facilitate the approval of my fencing

permit for the intended construction of a residential building in Lot 2039-B Cad-359-D
covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 29251 with an area of 500 square meters
situated in the Barangay of Sta. Cruz (before Guiwanon) with the Municipality of
Baclayon;
2. To execute, make and sign all papers/documents and perform all other acts necessary
and proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority;
3. To receive and hancarry the approval of the said application.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
