KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JUDITH A. PANGAN, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of San Roque,
Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE & APPOINT, CORAZON P.
ENTERINA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Balingoan, Misamis Oriental,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead,
to do the following acts and deeds to wit:

To represent for and in my behalf in the application for titling of a

certain parcel of land designated as Lot No. 367 declared in the name of
our father, Ramon Pangan situated at Balingoan, Misamis Oriental and
state as applicant for such titling under the name of the HEIRS OF
RAMON PANGAN;

To execute, make and sign any/all papers and documents

necessary or indispensable in connection with the foregoing authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact or their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
