That I, ADELAIDA TAPIRU BALUT, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and resident at Block 16
Lot 22 Willow Drive, IPESIA Subdivision, Phase I, San Agustin I, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, and
have, NAMED, CONSTITUTED AND APPOINTED, KARLA RHEA BALUT PENALES, of legal age,
Filipino Citizen, and resident of Block 16 Lot 22 Willow Drive, IPESIA Subs., Phase I, San Agustin
I, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to do the following acts
and things to wit:

1. To make, sign, receive and act as my legal representative regarding the updating of
my health status at the Finance Headquarters, Armed Forces of the Philippines,
Camp. Gen. Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

2. To execute sign, receive, claim, and process any and all transaction in any and all
pertaining to the above acts.

3. To do and perform any and all acts in pursuance of the authorities concern herein
granted in favor of my Attorney-in-Fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act and deed, requisite and necessary, as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with all power and substitution and revocation, and HEREBY AFFIRMING AND
RATIFYING all that said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
