1. That I am one of the surviving heirs of the late DONATA P. MANUEL, registered
owner of a certain parcel of land identified as Lot 7 Block 2 located at No. 20
Sampaguita Street, Zenaida 2 Subdivision, Concepcion I, Marikina City, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-39917, containing an area of 240 square meters;

2. That my sister Josephine Manuel Bonagua is presently occupying a space portion

of the above-stated property to park her vehicle described as Toyota Avanza bearing
a CS No. VU5378;

3. That I hereby affirm and allows, Josephine Manuel Bonagua, to use as GARAGE
ONLY in the said property, for her vehicle as rent free;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purpose this may serve.

Midtown Subdivision, San Roque, Marikina City, after duly sworn to, in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1. That I am the registered and lawful owner of a certain house and lot identified as Lot 11 Block
6 located at No. 24 Dasdasan Street Midtown Subdivision, San Roque, Marikina City, covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-126233, containing an area of 300 square meters;

2. That my daughter Jonavie Santos Sabando is the wife of Sozimo Mendoza Rosales (now
deceased) having been occupied a portion or space at the back/extension of my house until
their siblings grow up into childhood for the more 15 years of stayed and up to the present;

3. That for and in consideration of love and affection, my daughter and her children are under our
care;

4. That I have no objection on the used the back of the above-described real property for their
family dwelling as rent free, on the contrary, I am fully freely and under oath;
