Manila North Green Park authority for the purpose of the transfer of the above
described Lot in the name of Ms. Jean R. Altobano;
3. To make, sign, execute and deliver any documents necessary to effect the transfer of

14, Crypt Side West, of the Manila North Green Park under Certificate of Ownership
