SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EDDIE RESOSO SOMBILON, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of 2646 P. Villanueva Street,
Pasay City, constituted and appointed, and by these present do make, constitute and appoint, my wife, CRISANTA
PRIETO SOMBILON, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 2646 P. Villanueva Street, Pasay City, to be our
true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in our name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, namely:

1. To withdraw and collect monies from my bank Savings Account No. 63000200163389, up to the amount of
FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500,000.00), with the Armed Forces and Police Savings & Loan
Association, Ins. (AFPSLAI) and to sign and acknowledge the receipt thereof.

2. To make, sign, seal, execute contracts, documents, and negotiate with any and all third persons/offices
concerns, private and/or government agency/ies;

3. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things, or to occur with persons jointly interested therein
doing all acts and deeds, matters and things herein, either particularly or generally described as fully and
effectually to all intents and purposes as I/we could do in my/our own proper person if personally present to
accomplish the said authorization.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and to perform
all every act and thing which may be necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might lawfully do as if personally present unto my said ATTY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these present.
