AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, MATEO C. MADRIAGA, of legal age, Filipino and resident of

Dayapan, Alitagtag, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

1. That I used to have a Facebook and messenger under the name of

“MATEO MADRIAGA” URL: https://www.facebook.com.madriaga.1;

2. That the above-mentioned account on Facebook was hacked, which I

suspect was done when my security officer in charge, ALEX
ILLUSTRISIMO, asked for my cellphone number because of the 500
pesos that will come from BMM, and someone will send a code to my
number that needs to be given to him, but when I called Sir Alex, he
said his Facebook account was also hacked.

3. The hacker has been blackmailing us, saying that they will spread a
video that they have seen on my Facebook account;

4. That currently I was told by a friend that the messenger is being used
by the hacker to message my friend;

5. That I hereby deny that I am the same person who is currently using
the above Facebook account and messenger;

6. That I have already reported the matter to Facebook Admin and

pending for their action:

7. That I have executed this affidavit to attest to the truth herein stated,
and for the purpose of informing all concerned, particularly the
public that herein affiant is not the user of the above said account
name sated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of
