AFFIDAVIT OF AUNTHENTICATION

I, ASHLEY BETTINA LACRA Y SALAVARIA, 12 years old,

Filipino, and with residential address at 2043-D Oroquieta Street, Sta.
Cruz, Manila, assisted by my mother, FLORENCE SALAVARIA LACRA,
after having been sworn in accordance with law do hereby depose and
state, that:

1. I am the Complainant in the case for Acts of Lasciviousness in

relation to R.A. No. 7610, Psychological Abuse under R.A.
No. 7610, at Sexual Harassment under R.A. No. 7877 against
ALBERTO L. MATIRA, Teacher III of the Cecilio Apostol
Elementary School;

2. I am the owner of the mobile phone with ______________ Brand,

_________________ Model, with cellphone or contact number:
_________________________, and I am also the account
user/owner of the Facebook/Messenger account with user name:
___________________________, while ALBERTO L. MATIRA is
the account user/owner of the Facebook/Messenger account with
user name: ___________________________.

3. In the Complaint-Affidavit I executed charging said accused,

ALBERTO L. MATIRA, for the foregoing crimes, I have expressly
stated therein certain messages sent by him to me through the
Messenger application in my cellphone, the copy of the computer
print-out of the said messages from him are hereto attached and
marked respectively as follows:
a. Message mentioned in Paragraph No. 3 is marked as Annex “B-
1”;
b. Message mentioned in Paragraph No. 8 is marked as Annex “B-
2”; and
c. Messages mentioned in Paragraph No. 10 are marked as Annex
“B-3”, Annex “B-4”, and Annex “B-5”.
4. This sworn statement is executed to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and attest to the authenticity of the computer
printouts of the aforementioned communication (messages) which I
am a party to and had personally caused its print, and also to
authenticate its source and its respective contents, based on my
personal knowledge and in accordance with the Rules on Electronic
Evidence.
