AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, LUDYLYN ALCANTARA ASPA, of legal age, married to JOEL ROXAS ASPA,

Filipino and residing at 19- 1st Camarilla St., Brgy. San Roque, Murphy, Quezon City,
under oath hereby depose and state:

1. That this pertains to the alleged Facebook posts under a certain FB account
name Joel Aspa (changed recently to Ludy Aspa) containing with defamation
and libelous remarks against Barangay San Roque and Barangay Socorro,
the machine copy of such FB post are hereto attached:

2. That I vehemently and categorically deny that I am the same person who
posted the libelous post defaming Barangay San Roque under the above FB
account as I am not the same person who created the FB account.

3. That I was not aware about the malicious post and I only learned the same
last November 26, 2020, around 8:00 pm when I was informed by Juvy
Kistadio, one of my former neighbors in 18 th Ave. Murphy, Quezon City.
According to her, there was a FB friend request under the account name:
Joel Aspa, where our family pictures appearing therein. Since Juvy have
known me and my husband and that we already became close-friends, she
accepted the said friend request, but, to her surprise, she seen all the said
malicious post and to confirm whether it was really my husband’s post, she
immediately thereafter proceeded to my house, since her house is nearby,
and relayed the said matter;

4. That in the next day, morning, the said FB account name was changed from
Joel Aspa to Ludy Aspa including the account photo. To my mind this was an
incident of identity theft merely to cause damage to our family’s reputation
and to implicate us to the culpable acts that we did not authored.

5. That me and my husband went to the PNP Cybercrime Division to report the
said incident of identity theft and cyber libel.

6. That I am suspecting that the identity theft using my photos from my original
FB account, and created another to make it appear that the said post was
mine was motivated by resentment of those persons that I complained in our
barangay. Hence, it was impossible on my part to make such FB post
against our barangay when in fact the said barangay were instrumental to the
filing of my criminal and civil charges that I filed against those persons.

7. Again, the said FB account under Ludy Aspa containing malicious post
against the Barangay San Roque was not mine including the said malicious
post therein.

8. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

allegations.
