2. I have not communicated with, nor have I seen my sister, CHERRY DE CASTRO
CAPALARAN, personally or through any other means, since the year 2020;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing

facts, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
