Motion for Extension of Time to Submit

Attachment to Counter Affidavit
Respondent, by the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Office of
the City Prosecutor, most respectfully states that:

1. Respondent, upon the initial 15 days granted by this Honorable Office

requested his doctor from Canada to furnish his notarized prescription
of 4EVERFIT Ephedrine including the doctor’s credentials;

2. However, due to the doctor’s pressures of equally urgent professional

work and prior commitments, said doctor was not able to immediately
respond to our request to send copies of the above-mentioned
documents;

3. Nevertheless, said documents have already been shipped on August 6

thru DHL as evidenced by the shipment notification attached to this
motion.

4. As such, undersigned counsel is constrained to request for an

additional period of 15 days from today within which to submit
Respondent's medical prescription and other supporting evidence in
order for us to have sufficient time to have the documents
authenticated by the Canadian Embassy.

5. This Motion is not intended for delay but solely due to the foregoing
reasons.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, Respondent most respectfully prays of this Honorable City
Prosecutor of _____________ that he be given an additional period of 15
days from today within which to submit his medical prescription and other
documentary evidence.
