TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This Agreement is between PLAYOUT SOUND SYSTEM AND LIGHTS RENTAL, hereinafter
referred to as PLAYOUT, and LEIGH CABALON, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.
2. The package price of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5,000.00) Philippine currency is for
single event only. Down Payment shall be the basis of confirmed reservation.
3. If check payment, please make check payable to CRESLO JOSEPH MAGAYANES CAJIPE.
4. Terms of payment:
a. Down payment of ₱ 2,000.00. Downpayment is non-refundable.
b. The remaining balance of ₱ 3,000.00 to be settled immediately after the event.
5. CLIENT should handle and coordinate all necessary venue gate pass / permits, electrical
charges, corkage fees, and parking fees.
6. PLAYOUT and their Technical Crew will not be held liable for any damage to equipment
from/of the CLIENT, guests, or venue that will be hooked-up to our system. They can assist,
but will not be held responsible for the performance and operation of the equipment/s.
7. Installation, operation and dismantling of equipment shall be handled by Playout’s Technical
Staff and Crew only.
8. Any additional requirement not stated in the quotation/package shall be charged separately.
9. PLAYOUT has the right to pullout or discontinue equipment setup, if security and safety of their
crew is at stake.
