SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOEL RIOJA MABASA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 78 WEST POINT
ST., BRGY E. RODRIGUEZ, CUBAO QUEZON CITY, hereby appoint, name and
constitute JUDITH RIOJA MABASA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of CONRAZON
BANSUD, ORIENTAL MINDORO as my true and lawful attorney and representative to do
any and all of the following acts and deeds:

1. To collect my 13th, month pay, savings deposit and Member Fix in cash or check at the
ASIAPRO, located at 70 SAN RAFAEL ST., PASIG CITY;

2. To execute and process the necessary documents required for the collection of said
compensation and benefits due me, and sign any and all documents and papers, including
quitclaim forms, as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said documents from the
said company, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the afore-stated
acts and deeds;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do or perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do if personally present,
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or her duly
appointed substitute, representative or staff shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by
virtue of these presents, with full power of substitution.
