MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION TO ALLOW PAYMENT OF FILING FEES

PURSUANT TO SUPREME COURT CIRCULAR NO. 57-97 DATED 16 SEPTEMBER 1997

PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned representative most respectfully submits this motion and avers
that:

1. On August 13, 2019, Plaintiff personally appeared before the Honorable Court, and received a copy
of the Notice of this Honorable Court dated July 11, 2019, requiring the immediate payment of the
filing fee for the above captioned case within ten (10) days upon receipt. A copy of the said Notice
is hereto attached as Annex “A.”

2. The undersigned fully intends to pursue the case and pay the filing fee but was unable to do so
within the given period because the Notice of this Honorable Court was not received by the Plaintiff
within the given period via registered mail. However, the undersigned was advised to file a Motion
to Allow Payment of Filing Fees with the Honorable Office so that payment would be accepted and
the criminal case can still be pursued without any further delay.

3. Considering the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully and humbly asks for reconsideration and
begs the indulgence of the Honorable Office in good faith to reconsider and allow the payment of
filing fee in the interest of justice and equity.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Office that:

1. The instant Motion be GRANTED;

2. The Plaintiff be allowed late payment of the filing fee;
3. The attached annex be ADMITTED.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
