representative to perform any and all acts,deeds, and things ,to wit:

1. Represent me in any and all transaction where my signature /presence is required regarding the
money coming from the buyer of my property. with the Buyer of my House and lot which I Sold
in Pasinaya Home West Naic Cavite.
2. To file apply and submit any all requirements that maybe needed related to said transaction and
to attend any legal matters for and in my own behalf.
3. To make ,execute transact ,accept verify and secure ,follow ups and receipt for,negotiate,claims
