CONTRACT OF SERVICE

The NPC Board of Trustees hereby approves your contract of service to teach on a per hour basis at the Navotas
Polytechnic College for the 2nd semester of A.Y. 2022-2023 subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your rate of compensation will be 165.16 per lecture hour.


2. Your teaching load for this semester will be units as * part-time/ full-time professor.
3. No relinquishment of any teaching assignment shall be allowed during the semestral period without any
written notice served one month before it is to take effect, and only for a valid cause that will not jeopardize
or disrupt the classes assigned to you.
4. This contract of service automatically terminates at the end of the semester upon submission of your grade sheets
without any need for written notification, unless earlier revoked for cause, or renewed, as mutually agreed
upon the school.
5. In the event that you fail to continue your service for whatever reason, you will allow the institution the absolute
use of your instructional materials, particularly the modules for the assigned classes, ONLY for the entire period of
this contract.
6. You will not be given the clearance for the semester and shall be deloaded or not qualify for the next semester
              until you have submitted the grade sheets and class record, and obtained the clearance  from the school;and you
understand that this is without prejudice to any criminal and civil actions the school  may take against you for any
infractions committed while still employed by the school.
7. You shall abide by the lawful policies, vision and mission, and philosophy of the school at all times.
