That I, ERNESTO ABUNDANCIA CONSTANTINO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of #3

Espeleta St. Phase 3-A, Brgy. Mariano Espeleta 1, B.P.S., Imus City, Cavite, do hereby APPOINT,
NAME and CONSTITUTE my daughter, MONA LIZA CONSTANTINO CACANINDIN, of legal age,
Filipino and residing with me at the same address. To be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, to
manage and conduct all of my affairs, and for the purpose in my name and on my behalf to do and executed all
or any of the following acts, and things, to wit:

 To represent me to all the activities regarding the Homeowner's Association, which include
election matters at Bahayang Pagasa Subdivision Phase 3-A Homeowners Association Inc.

 To pay all the necessary fees/taxes/dues and all the other fee that may occur in the future
and to settle other problems that may arise.

 To perform all the other acts necessary to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall do
or cause to be done under and by the virtue of these presents.
