SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MA. LOREN W. SANAPO, of legal age and with residence address at Blk 1 Lot 20
Ph 5 Antioc St., Pleasant Hills, Brgy. San Manuel, SJDM, Bulacan, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint MARITA W. SANAPO, of legal age, Filipinos, with address at
Blk 1, Lot 20, Ph 5, Antioc St., Pleasant Hills, Brgy. San Manuel, SJDM Bulacan, to act as
my Attorney-in-Fact, for in and my name, place and stead, to represent me before the
Supreme Court and to cause the processing, signing, filing, and facilitating the
processing and procurement of documents before the said Honorable Court, more
particularly but not limited to:

1. Signing and drafting of all documents and letter/s which are necessary and
required for processing of my Identification Card (I.D) with the Integrated Bar of
the Philippines (IBP), Certificate of Good Standing, and Certified True Copy of
my grades in the Bar Exam;

2. Procurement, processing, and payment of all the required fees to get my IBP I.D,
Certificate of Good Standing, and Certified True Copy of my Grades in the Bar
Exam;

3. To do and perform all the necessary acts, in my name, and stead in order to
process any document which relates to my membership with the Philippine Bar.
4. Sign any and all public deeds and judicial papers when necessary; and

5. Do such further acts and things as he may deem necessary or appropriate in

connection with, or to carry out the actions described above, including to do and
perform (or cause to be done and performed), in my name, all such acts and to
make, execute, deliver or sign (or cause to be made, executed, delivered or
signed) with any person, including governmental agencies or authorities, all
such agreements, documents, instruments, certificates, consents and waivers.

HEREBY CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING all that my said attorneys-in-fact

may do or cause to be done in the exercise of their authority under this Special Power of
Attorney, with the same force and effect as if the undersigned is present and executing
or signing the same in person.

My said attorneys-in-fact, by her conformity hereto, is hereby bound to the duty

of reporting to me all and any acts carried out under the powers granted by this Special
Power of Attorney.
