SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I,CRISANTE P. ILAYA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ma. Fe, Orani,
Bataan, with sound and disposing mind, have named, constituted and appointed and
by these presents do NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT JASMINE JOSON likewise
of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy Gabon, Abucay, Bataan to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my benefit,
to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely;

1. For this purpose, to represent me and in my behalf in the processing of

my business registration in the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Balanga City,
Bataan and in other concerned government agencies/offices;
2. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or
registration from the concerned government agencies/offices;

3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the
application and/or registration of the said business;
4. For this purpose, to sign and execute the necessary documents to carry
into full effect the power herein conferred and to do any other related
and/or incidental task that may be needed to fully and effectively carry
out the authority herein conferred upon him.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes,
as we might do or could do if personally present, hereby RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue of these presents.
