Re Christine Mcintyre

I have known Christine for over 12 years. We first met in Belmopan where she was operating a hospitality
business and we spent many hours discussing assorted business opportunities and some of the quirks of
living in, and managing projects in Belize.

We have kept in touch over the years as we each have been pursuing our businesses and ventures in
canada and Belize. Most recently, as due to Covid, I cannot get to Belize,1 have asked Christine to
undertake to receive and submit some very important documents to two government offices in
Belmopan. The documents and research info are being created in Canada but must be submitted in
original form with original signatures to Belmopan. I will courier to her and she will act as my
representative for all transactions relating to the project. This is a very acceptable practice in Belize.

As funds needed to be in place immediately I was able to send them to Christine through Paypal, which is
much faster, less expensive, and more secure than Western Union or anything to do through Belize
Central Bank. Christine attended to those transactions personally within a few days of receiving the funds.

Having lived in Belize for many years, Christine is familiar with the most efficient ways and the correct
offices to get paperwork accomplished and registered. She can do in a day what would take a stranger
quite likely multiple trips and appointments. I knowlll have done the 'newcomer" paper shuffle.

But the most important thing to know, especially if you are working from outside of Belize at any time is
that Christine is very honest and reliable. You can send funds in any amount and she is going to account
for every penny. You can rely on her discretion regarding your transactions. She does not readily share
information but is an experienced enough businesswoman to determine what needs to be shared to
accomplish a goal.

From experience I know that her fees are about 25% of what any law office or any business that I have
worked with in Belize charges to deliver or attend to documents and payments. And she is much faster
than those agencies. I have, in the past, had documents held up for days for the want of an answer to one
question. If Christine does not already know the answer, she is either going to use common sense, or
contact you immediately to resolve.

I have, and will, trust Christine with any amount of funds; critical documents; my private and public
information and ventures. I know that she has the skills and experience to get things done. Please feel
