SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CHRISTINE MERCADO SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Mc Arthur
Highway Telabastagan City of San Fernando Pampanga, do hereby name, constitute and appoint JOHN
PAUL MUÑOZ MANALO, who is of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 108 Purok 4 San Isidro City,
San Fernando, Pampanga 2000, to be my true and lawful attorney in-fact to act, for and in my stead, to
do and perform the following acts deeds and things, to wit:

1. To represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Mayor’s Office, BPLO,
DTI, SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH and other government offices or agencies, for purposes
of business closure, application of compromise settlement, to process corresponding documents,
in relation to my business, T.N.T CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY with Business Name No.
1329100, situated in Region III, Central Luzon.

2. To appear and transact, in my name, before the proper Bureau of Internal Revenue, Office of
the Mayor, BPLO, DTI, SSS, PAGIBIG PHILHEALTH and other government offices or
agencies, to submit, file, execute, sign, pay for, receive and/or process related documents, for
purposes of application of compromise settlement, payment of discrepancies & other taxes,
assessment or fees;

3. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact(s) full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue of these presents.
