BRGY UP CAMPUS, QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA do hereby name, constitute and appoint LOTIS
ALCANTARA DE TORRES of legal age and resident also of 66 M.H. DEL PILAR EXT SAN JOSE, BIÑAN,
LAGUNA to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To be my legal representative before the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Bureau of

immigration (BOI), the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the Taipei Economic & Cultural
Office in Manila (TECO-Manila) and before any office, agency and person relative to the
issuance, authentication and release of documentary requirements for my daughter ATARAH
MADESON MAÑALE BARNEDO for my application for Maternity Benefits in Taiwan;

2. To apply, receive and claim pertinent documents from the aforesaid authorities and to pay any
fee, charge, and tax in relation thereto;

3. To submit and deliver any and all documents that may be necessary with the said
representation;

4. To execute and sign any and all documents necessary and appropriate in connection hereto;

5. To perform any other acts in favor of the principals.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be
done under by virtue of these presents.
